Direct Fast Red FR - Production method
aniline, h acid, DSD acid, cyanuric chloride and morpholine are used as raw materials. First, aniline diazotization is coupled with H acid, then the coupling product is condensed with cyanuric chloride for the first time, then condensed with DSD acid for the second time, and finally condensed with morpholine for the third time to obtain the product. The finished product is salted out, filtered and dried.
